We all want the best from life. Money, Cars, Fame, Jewelry, the list goes on and on. However, it is nearly impossible to enjoy any of life's pleasures if you are sick and unwell due to lack of healthy choices in your life. Far too often I see people in their early 20s ignoring the early signs of their poor health choices. Lack of energy, under eye dark circles, dry cracked skin and more to name a few, are early signs of malnutrition. Refusal to take vitamins and eat nutrient dense foods takes a toll on the body and by the time you hit your late 30s you look in there mirror and wonder what happened and how and when you obtained all the various ailments and health issues that you are facing. Every drop of consumption counts and can lead to major health problems such a depression, social and relationship issues, heart and blood disorders or diabetes. Furthermore, if you have a good career and decided to eat and drink whatever you pleased how can you enjoy the benefits of all that you worked for if you are always sick and tired.
Finally, it is hard to know what to eat and how prepare heathy meal options when fast food and unhealthy snacks is all that you know but that is why having a wellness educator and/or nutrition coach by your side is essential to provide you with healthy meal options that suit your lifestyle and keep you in shape.
